The U.S. Men's Deaf National Team officially joined U.S. Soccer's National Team programs in 2022. and competed for the first time under the Federation at the 2023 DIFA World Deaf Football Championships in Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia where it claimed an eighth-place finish. Winners of the 2019 Deaf PanAm Games. the USA will set out to defend its regional title at Brazil 2024.
